Our BBQ trailer is more than just a place to grab lunch or dinner. It is a completely self contained kitchen that is state certified and is ready to cook and serve you and your guests at any location.

Pulled Pork Nachos
A bed of tortilla chips topped with our smoked pulled pork, nacho cheese, salsa, and peppers are always a hit for the young and old alike.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
Smoked Pulled Pork is the high light of this sandwich. Pork is lightly seasoned with our own Smoke on Arrival BBQ Rub and slowly smoked to make this one of our best selling sandwiches.
Baby back Ribs (while in supply)
Full rack of Baby Back ribs smoked and seasoned to perfection. Come early as these typically run out quickly. (sold in full rack only)
Smoked Brisket Sandwich
Smoked Brisket Sandwich is one our most asked for sandwiches. Our brisket is slow smoked for many hours making it a crowd favorite. You taste the beefy taste of a brisket with a light seasoning of salt and pepper.
Sides
Our sides are sold by the quart or single 4 ounce servings. Quart price is $9 and single servings are $2.
Potato Salad
Folks like this so much that People have come and ordered just the potato salad by itself.
Cole Slaw
Another popular side to complete our menu.
Mac 'N Cheese
Our popular smoked Mac N Cheese. Creamy cheese on dente macaroni with a kiss of smoke.
Cowboy beans
This is our twist on baked beans with a bit of south of the border flair.
